Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with guests to take food & drink orders.
• Develop and maintain good relations with all staff including BOH.
• Deliver food and beverages efficiently to tables to ensure great dining service.
• Assist coworkers to serve food and beverage to promote teamwork and a great dining experience.
• Maintain a safe working environment and proper cleanliness of equipment and spaces.
• Participate in restaurant meetings and adhere to training manual procedures.
• Ensure orders are delivered within designated timeframes.
• Monitor dining area to ensure a safe, clean workspace for all staff.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and management to keep service areas efficient.
• Safeguard property and manage service systems as needed.
• Assist guests with requests and inquiries in a friendly manner.
