• Oversees service in the Front of House
• Enforces compliance with employment policies in area of responsibility
• Oversees/approves Front of House side work
• Provides/oversees thorough training
• Works during peak business times to set the pace in the Front of House
• Manages through hands-on supervision of the restaurant
• Ensures 100% table visitation to gather customer insights and develop sales strategy
• Leads by example to develop employees
• Cross-trains employees
• Oversees scheduling of designated departments
• Develops promotions to drive sales and conducts alley rallies
• Manages compliance with Responsible Alcohol Service training
• Understands and practices safe food handling procedures
• Ensures cleanliness and guest safety
• Helps control guest flow
• Assists liquor inventory & ordering
• Assists Local Store Marketer with building sales
• Maintains culture and core values
