Responsibilities

• Rotating through dining room roles: polisher, back waiter, runner, front waiter.
• Greeting guests, pouring water, polishing glassware, serving food, clearing plates.
• Maintaining organization and cleanliness of plateware and service areas.
• Supporting beverage service and storytelling about our food, farm, and mission.
• Participating in educational programming: readings, discussions, and on‑site learning on the farm.
• Assisting with research projects and hands‑on activities like foraging or baking.
