Job summary

Beyond Catering in Berwyn, IL is seeking a Front of House Guest Service Associate to learn cashier, expediter and drive-thru duties. You will greet guests with a smile, quickly and accurately record orders, and take payment.

You will also serve food that meets our high-quality standards while maintaining a clean and sanitary workspace. You will work in a fast-paced environment, maintain a clean, sanitary workspace and collaborate with the team to deliver outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and positive attitude.
• Must be able to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Must obtain Food Handler certificate.

Pay range:

From $15 - $17; based on experience + tips

Job Summary:

As a Front of House Guest Service Associate, you will be expected to learn cashier, expediter and drive-thru positions.You will greet our guests with a smile, quickly and accurately record orders, and take payment. You will also serve food that meets our high-quality standards while maintaining a clean and sanitary workspace.

Responsibilities:

Cashier:

• Knowledge and understanding of our menu
• Take pride in every aspect of your work and perform with enthusiasm
• Communicate and work with your team to give outstanding service to our guests
• Greet every guest with a smile!

Expediter/Server:

• Be able to recognize our food as it is presented from the kitchen
• Ensure all food is being made properly before being handed out to guests
• Communication with kitchen and servers
• Assist with take-out/phone orders
• Serve & auction food properly and in a timely manner
• Cleaning and sanitizing as needed
• Other duties as assigned
