Job summary

Local Waste Services is seeking highly motivated Class B CDL drivers to join our growing team in Central Ohio. This full-time role requires relocation to Columbus, OH before starting and includes incentive-based pay.

You will perform waste and recycling routes, complete inspections, adjust schedules, and work as part of a safety-driven team. Candidates must have their Class B CDL, pass drug screenings, and be able to lift up to 75 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid Class B CDL.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen and random drug screening.
• Must have an acceptable driving record.
• Must be able to lift at least 75 lbs. throughout the day.
• Relocate to Columbus, OH before starting work.

Job Summary

Due to continued growth, Local Waste Services is currently seeking highly motivated Class B CDL drivers to join our growing team. We will only be considering candidates with their Class B CDL and who have experience operating a curotto can at this time.

This is a full‑time position with expected hours of 50 to 55 per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide waste & recycling service throughout many of Central Ohio’s neighborhoods
• Complete pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections and logs
• Adjust routes for new starts and continual improvement
• Work as a team to meet and beat allotted times
• Treat safety as a priority at all times
• Complete work orders for special pickups as necessary

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age
• Must have experience operating a curotto can
• Must have an acceptable driving record
• Must be able to pass pre‑employment and random drug screening
• Must be able to lift at least 75 lbs. throughout the day
• Must have a valid Class B CDL
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
• Previous waste collection experience preferred but not required
• Air Brake Endorsement (required)
• Relocate to Columbus, OH 43207 before starting work (required)
