Local Waste Services is seeking highly motivated Class B CDL drivers to join our team. You must have a valid Class B CDL and prior driving experience to be considered.

Responsibilities include providing waste and recycling services, performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections, and adjusting routes for efficiency, while prioritizing safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen.
• Must be able to lift at least 75 lbs. throughout the day.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.

Job Summary

Due to continued growth, Local Waste Services is seeking highly motivated Class B CDL drivers to join our team. We will only consider candidates with a valid Class B CDL and prior driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide waste & recycling service throughout many Central Ohio neighborhoods
• Complete pre‑trip/post‑trip inspections and logs
• Adjust routes for new starts and continual improvement
• Work as a team to meet and beat allotted times
• Treat safety as a priority at all times
• Complete work orders for special pickups as necessary

Requirements

• Must be 20 years of age or older
• Must have an acceptable driving record
• Must be able to pass pre‑employment and random drug screening
• Must be able to lift at least 75 lbs. throughout the day
• Must have a valid Class B CDL
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States

• Schedule: 10‑hour shift, Day shift, Monday to Friday, Overtime, Year‑round work
• Trucking Context: Company driver, Local
• Experience: Commercial Driving 1 year (Preferred)
• License/Certification: CDL B (Required), Air Brake Endorsement (Required)
