Job summary

JoB Training & Coaching is looking for reliable and safety-focused CDL B Drivers in New Albany, Ohio. This role involves operating commercial vehicles safely, collecting and transporting waste and recyclable materials, while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Ideal candidates must have a valid Class B CDL and be committed to high professional standards. In addition to full-time employment and training opportunities, we are hiring for 5 openings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 19 years of age.
• Clean driving record with no more than three moving violations within the last two years.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions and physically demanding environments.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Class B commercial vehicles in residential and commercial areas.
• Collect, transport, and handle waste and recyclable materials.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Maintain compliance with DOT regulations and company safety standards.
• Deliver exceptional service while maintaining a professional and safety-conscious approach.
