Greenmark Waste Solutions is seeking a Front Load Driver to efficiently operate front load trucks for commercial/industrial waste collection in the Dallas area. The role emphasizes safety, regulatory compliance, and top-tier customer service.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of experience with roll-off or heavy vehicles, a clean driving record, and the ability to read and communicate in English. CDL is preferred; DOT pre-employment screening applies.

Qualifications

• No formal education required.
• 2+ years of experience operating roll-off trucks or similar heavy vehicles.
• Valid CDL with clean driving record is preferred.
• Ability to read, write, comprehend and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate front load trucks to transport waste and recycling materials to disposal sites.
• Comply with OSHA, DOT, local/state/federal regulations and company policies.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and document issues.
• Maintain a clean, safe vehicle and report any safety concerns.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate with Dispatch/Route Manager.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by supervisor.
