Job summary

Waste Pro in Orlando, FL is seeking energetic CDL drivers to join our team. You will operate front load refuse trucks on pre-assigned routes, perform pre- and post-trip inspections, load and unload waste, and provide courteous service to customers while maintaining safety standards.

We offer competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for advancement. A CDL license (A or B) and a clean driving record are required, along with meeting DOT and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Must have CDL A or B with valid state license.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Knowledge of refuse collection policies and DOT requirements.
• Hearing in normal audio range.
• Vision in normal range.
• Able to operate refuse trucks safely and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate front load refuse truck on pre-assigned routes.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Load and dump containers using equipment and hoists.
• Maintain route productivity sheets and logs.
• Interact professionally with customers and dispatch.
