The Katz School of Science and Health at Yeshiva University invites applications for a part-time Admissions Coordinator, based at the Beren Campus in Midtown Manhattan. You will serve as the primary contact for prospective students, answering questions by phone, email, text, and chat, guiding them through admissions steps and scheduling advisor meetings.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree and have customer service or admissions experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Customer service, call center, admissions, enrollment, or related experience required.
• Higher education experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Friendly, patient, and informative approach to working with prospective students and applicants.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple inquiries and follow-up tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret academic records and prerequisite requirements.
• Comfortable working across phone, email, text, chat, and CRM systems.

Responsabilités

• Respond to prospective student and applicant inquiries by phone, email, text, and chat.
• Provide accurate, timely, and informative responses about programs, admissions processes, and next steps.
• Triage questions and issues, connecting students with the appropriate admissions or academic team member when needed.
• Schedule appointments with admissions advisors based on students' questions, needs, and availability.
• Conduct transcript reviews and evaluate prerequisite coursework as needed.
• Document interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
• Follow up with prospective students and applicants as appropriate.
• Provide a welcoming, professional, and service-oriented experience at every stage of the admissions journey.
