Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Front Line Manager - F&A - R2R to lead the Record To Report process, ensuring the accuracy of financial records and compliance with accounting standards across the organization.

The role oversees journal entries, month-end and year-end closings, and the generation of financial statements, while mentoring the F&A team to improve accuracy, efficiency, and control through standardised processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degrees in accounting, commerce, economics, or finance.
• Master's degree in finance is preferred.
• Professional certifications CFA or FRM are mentioned in the posting.
