We are seeking a Help Desk Specialist to be the front-line support position dedicated to the quick response, diagnosis, and resolution of customer issues.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1+ years of computer/networking experience.
• Understanding of workstations, servers, security, wireless, and network infrastructure.
• Ability to follow instructions and grow independently.
• Must maintain confidentiality and provide transportation to client sites as needed.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide phone support to customers, including remote desktop and server support.
• Monitor and perform routine server health checks for maintenance customers.
• Review and complete tickets in the ticketing system.
• Escalate unresolved tickets to the Service/Engineering Manager.
• Document health and service history reports for contracted customers.
