ShopRite - Marlboro, NJ is hiring a Customer Service/Courtesy Counter Clerk. You will assist customers, process transactions, handle returns, and maintain a clean front-end area with safe operations.

Role requires strong English, basic math, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. This is a full-time front-end position at ShopRite of Marlboro. Training will cover ShopRite service priorities and safety rules.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, speak English fluently and be able to interpret basic instructions.
• Ability to perform basic math and handle transactions accurately.
• Must be able to stand and move for entire shifts and lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide prompt, courteous service.
• Scan, price and bag products; process payments and returns per policy.
• Answer customer questions in person or by phone professionally.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized front-end area and assist with stock as needed.
• Adhere to safety, QA, and company policies during duties.
