O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a store associate to maintain the front floor, stock shelves, greet customers, and assist as needed in a fast-paced retail environment.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply; stocking experience and the ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle are preferred. The role offers a path for growth and a comprehensive benefits package, including 401k and health coverage.

Qualifications

• Good aptitude for dealing with number sequences and basic math.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Stocking experience preferred; ability to manage shelves and displays.
• Ability to drive a vehicle with a manual transmission is a plus.
• Fluency in Spanish is highly desired.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers on the sales floor and assist them in locating merchandise or direct them to a parts specialist.
• Check in, price, and stock merchandise; keep displays fronted and clean daily.
• Make display changes per planograms and ensure sale signs are in place.
• Assist with stock adjustments, cycle counts, and overstock returns.
• Coordinate with ISS and delivery staff for installers’ deliveries and routes.
• Serve as hub store order puller, pulling parts quickly from tickets and preparing for delivery.
• Maintain safe, clean work areas and participate in store to-do lists and weekly tasks.
