Network HealthCare Pharmacy in Franklin, TN seeks a Certified Pharmacy Technician - Front Fill Team Leader to supervise a busy pharmacy team at our Franklin location. You will support the Pharmacy Manager, train new partners, manage inventory records, and ensure policy compliance.

Strong leadership, reliability, and attention to detail are essential, as is ability to work on-site with a dedicated long-term care focus.

Qualifications

• Two plus years of proven experience as a Certified Pharmacy Tech in a Long-Term Care facility.
• High School education minimum, some post-secondary education preferred.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
• Able to work at a moderate speed
• Reliable, good organization and attention to detail
• Able to physically perform light lifting

Responsibilities

• Supports Pharmacy Manager and Pharmacy Director in all aspects of the team’s performance/productivity
• Helps manage inventory/stock, including keeping detailed records of goods used. Advises when necessary what to order
• Trains new partners, develop and maintain team work schedule
• Answers team members’ questions on policies/procedures/pharmacy mandates, etc.
• Conducts daily team meetings and writes performance reports under management guidance
• Oversees the role and mission of a respective team
