Network HealthCare Pharmacy in Franklin, TN seeks a Certified Pharmacy Technician to lead the Front Fill Team on-site. The role supports management, oversees daily team performance, and ensures high productivity and accuracy in order processing and inventory control.

The candidate should have 2+ years of LTC experience, strong English skills, and the ability to train staff, manage schedules, and handle routine disciplinary actions. This is a full-time on-site position offering solid benefits.

Qualifications

• High School education minimum; some post-secondary education preferred.
• Two plus years of proven experience as a Certified Pharmacy Tech in a Long-Term Care facility
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
• Able to work at a moderate speed
• Able to work during inclement weather
• Reliable
• Good organization/Attention to detail
• Able to physically perform light lifting

Responsibilities

• Supports Pharmacy Manager and Pharmacy Director in all aspects of the team’s performance/productivity
• Helps manage inventory/stock, including keeping detailed records of goods used; advises when necessary what to order
• Trains new partners, develops and maintains team work schedule
• Answers team members’ questions on policies/procedures/pharmacy mandates
• Conducts team meetings on best practices and continuing expectations
• Ensures the team collaborates with other teams to maintain high productivity
• Acts as a go-between for upper management and the team
• Writes performance reports and issues disciplinary actions under management guidance
• Conducts daily team meetings
• Oversees the role and mission of the respective team
• Other duties as assigned

Certified Pharmacy Technician - Front Fill Team Leader in Franklin, TN

Network HealthCare Pharmacy is a closed-door pharmacy seeking a motivated Certified Pharmacy Technician - Front Fill Team Leader to work in our Franklin, TN location.

Manages and leads a team of partners. Communicates company goals, safety practices, and deadlines to team members. Motivates team members and assesses their job performance. Provides help to management, including participating in hiring and training. Keeps management updated on team performance and work output. Strives to lead/motivate team members for maximum work performance utilization.

Job Duties:

Physical Demands:

• May stand up to seven (7) hours per day
