You will visually monitor traffic at the storefront, report suspicious activity, and collaborate with Asset Protection to uphold store standards.

Qualifications

• No education or experience required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods, and frequently lift or move up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers on the selling floor.
• Visually monitor customer traffic entering and exiting the store.
• Deter theft through visual observation and report suspicious activity to Asset Protection or Security.
• Help maintain a safe business environment.
