Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking an Asset Protection Visual Security Officer to provide a visible, welcoming presence at the store entrance, deter theft, and support a safe shopping environment.

You will greet customers on the selling floor, monitor entry, report suspicious activity, and help maintain a safe business, with a flexible retail schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• No education or experience required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and work independently or as part of a team.
• Work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Stand and walk for extended periods and frequently lift or move up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers on the selling floor.
• Visually monitor customer traffic entering and exiting the store.
• Deter theft through visual observation and communicate suspicious activity to Asset Protection or Security.
