Job summary

Total Wine & More in Princeton, NJ is seeking a Front End Team Member to deliver fast, friendly service at the register, process transactions, and help customers find products. You will greet customers, upsell loyalty programs, and participate in wine, spirits, and beer training.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of work experience; 1+ year in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including ID verification and payment handling.
• Provide friendly service and promote loyalty programs.
• Build product knowledge through wine, spirits, and beer training.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Ensure store safety, cleanliness, and compliance with alcohol sale laws.
• Perform cross-functional duties as needed.
• Seasonal role may be short-term (<= 6 months) with potential for non-seasonal transfer.
