Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Passion for best-in-class customer service and team player mindset.
• 1-3 years of work experience, 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including identification verification, payment handling, inquiries, loyalty program promotions, and bagging.
• Deliver exceptional service and a personalized experience by greeting customers and informing about products and services.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of promotions and loyalty programs.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store.
• Adhere to laws regarding sale of alcohol and maintain a safe, compliant environment.
• Complete cross-functional duties as assigned.
