The Front End Web Developer 1 is responsible for coding approved designs into functional web page templates using HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript. This role supports email template creation and develops creative JavaScript solutions to launch A/B tests across the website.
Bachelor's degree (B. A. or B. S.) or equivalent from four‑year college in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field preferred. Working knowledge of web development or web design. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have proficient knowledge of HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, AJAX, JavaScript, and jQuery best practices. Proficient in cross‑platform and browser compatibility issues. Familiarity with SEO, Performance, Security and Accessibility best practices. Familiarity with software like Adobe Suite, Photoshop and content management systems.
The hiring pay range provides a good faith estimate of the salary or hourly wage that Living Spaces expects to pay for the position upon hire. Pay will be determined by several factors, including, but not limited to: applicant's education, relevant work experience, knowledge, applicable and relevant skills and abilities, market demand, Company budget, as well as internal equity and alignment with geographic market data. Compensation: $70,304.00 - $93,857.00
Overtime pay is available for eligible, non‑exempt Team Members. Reimbursement for expenses as required by applicable law and Company policy.Retail, Guest Services and Distribution Center Team Members are eligible to receive team bonus based on meeting specific goals and KPI's.
