Responsibilities

• Coordinates, develops, prioritizes, implements and communicates orientation and educational opportunities for team members and leadership.
• Develops monthly calendar of educational offerings to meet established educational goals for RMG departments.
• Leads annual competency validation and facility orientation with HR, iCare, and Clinical Education teams.
• Ensures high quality care and outstanding customer service through staff training and leadership collaboration.
• Utilizes information systems to input, track, and report real-time data to leadership.
