Job summary

Qualifications

5+ years of professional front-end development experience with demonstrated technical leadership.
Broad technical knowledge across the full stack (backend, infrastructure, databases) and ability to execute across diverse technologies and domains.
Hands-on experience with Next.js and AWS.
Proven ability to lead code reviews, mentor engineers, and articulate technical trade-offs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders; optimize front-end systems for performance and scale.

Responsibilities

Technical leadership: lead by example with high-quality code and strong judgment; mentor engineers on complex front-end issues.
Requirements and planning: participate in planning to align product goals with technical needs and risks.
Full lifecycle ownership: own features from conception to production with design, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
System reliability: ensure front-end performance, monitor issues, and drive build-time and runtime improvements.
Cross-stack collaboration: work with backend/infrastructure teams to ensure cohesive solutions.
Documentation: maintain architectural and system behavior docs to speed decision-making.
