Job summary

Purpose Brands, LLC seeks a Software Development Engineer III - React to join a fast-paced, inspirational culture in Seattle. You’ll write production code, build scalable front-end systems with React and Next.js on AWS, and shape technical direction with strong code-review leadership.

You’ll own features end-to-end, participate in planning, and drive improvements in performance, reliability, and deployment. A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in front-end development are expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional front-end development experience with React.
• Strong knowledge of modern front-end patterns and performance.
• Experience mentoring engineers and leading code reviews.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable front-end applications with React and Next.js on AWS.
• Participate in planning, verify technical requirements, and manage risks.
• Own features from conception to production and monitor performance.
• Drive reliability, improvement of build times and bundle size.
• Collaborate across backend and infra teams and document architecture.
