Everforth Apex is seeking a Front-End AWS Engineer to design and build enterprise-scale web apps with React and TypeScript. You will craft reusable components, design systems, and scalable UI architectures while driving modernization and UI platform strategy.

The role focuses on performance optimization, AWS integration (CloudFront, Lambda, API Gateway, Cognito, ECS, Bedrock), and mentoring engineers to uphold front-end excellence. Remote-friendly, global collaboration, competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 7+ years with React
• 5+ years with TypeScript
• Expertise in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3
• Proficiency with React Hooks, Tanstack React Query, Zustand, Storybook
• Experience with Material UI, SCSS/Sass, Emotion
• Knowledge of Vitest/Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, Playwright
• Experience optimizing performance (bundle, Vite, browser profiling)
• Familiarity with AWS services (CloudFront, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, Cognito, ECS, CloudWatch, Bedrock)
• Understanding of GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines, SonarQube, Veracode, Terraform

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop enterprise-scale web apps with React and TS
• Design reusable component libraries and design systems
• Build responsive, accessible, performant UIs
• Define front-end architecture standards and best practices
• Drive UI platform strategy and modernization
• Implement scalable state management (React Query, Context)
• Optimize Core Web Vitals and performance (code splitting, lazy loading)
• Integrate React apps with AWS cloud services and REST APIs
• Develop AI-enabled UIs using AWS Bedrock and Generative AI services
• Mentor engineers and promote front-end excellence
