• Expert-level Angular, SASS and HTML
• Front-End Architecture and Technical Leadership
• USWDS and Design Systems
• WCAG 2.2 AA and Section 508 Accessibility Standards
• Accessibility Testing using JAWS, NVDA and VoiceOver
• Keyboard Navigation and Automated Accessibility Testing
• Front-End CI/CD and Code Reviews
• Lead front-end architecture, coding standards and development
• Build and review high-quality Angular applications
• Drive accessibility compliance and implementation
• Conduct code reviews, design reviews and mentor developers
• Collaborate with Java backend teams on API integration (no Java development required)
• Improve front-end CI/CD processes and documentation
• Previous Front-End Tech Lead or Senior Front-End Engineer experience
• Strong hands-on Angular, SASS and HTML
• Formal Accessibility Certification: CPACC, WAS or equivalent (MANDATORY)
• Hands-on WCAG accessibility testing experience
• Must be local to Des Moines, IA
• Must be available for onsite interview
