This role may also align with a sales associate or merchandiser function. You will join a team focused on hospitality and product knowledge, with training on wine, spirits, and beer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Passion for best-in-class customer service and team player mindset.
• 1–3 years of work experience, 1+ years in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including identification verification and payment handling.
• Deliver exceptional service and a personalized experience by greeting customers and informing about products and services.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store and adhere to alcohol sale laws.
