Qualifications

• Proven success managing shrink, sales, gross-profit and total overhead of a department.
• Minimum of 3 years professional experience in a Customer Service Management role.
• Minimum of 2 years of previous cash handling/bookkeeping experience.
• Previous experience in total front-end operations in a retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Training & Development: communicates Earth Fare vision and goals to Team Members and supports training.
• Operational Tasks: scheduling and supervision of cashiers and front desk staff; conducts orientations.
• Manager On Duty: may work up to five MOD shifts per week.
• Department Conditions: maintains cleanliness and organization of the department.
