Job summary

Earth Fare Christiansburg is seeking a Front End Team Leader to manage front-end operations, supervise cashiers and customer service staff, and ensure a clean, safe, and efficient store environment. You will train and develop team members, uphold store SOPs, and work as MOD to support store needs, while focusing on safety, service quality, and cost controls.

The role emphasizes achieving financial goals including gross profit, shrink, sales, labor, and department overhead.

Qualifications

• Proven success managing shrink, sales, gross-profit and total overhead of a department in a similar environment.
• Must have a minimum of 3 years professional experience in a Customer Service Management role.
• Must have a minimum of 2 years of previous cash handling/bookkeeping experience.

Responsibilities

• Training & Development: Communicates the Earth Fare vision and goals to Team Members, trains and supports team members, and acts as key holder to support store operations.
• Operational Tasks: Scheduling and supervision of cashiers and customer service staff, conducts Orientations, maintains facilitating communication, and reduces expenses.
• Manager On Duty: May work up to five MOD shifts per week including opening and closing of store.
• Department Conditions: Maintains cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the department and fixtures.
