Frazier Farms Market is seeking a Front End Supervisor to lead our front-end team and ensure friendly, efficient service. This hands-on role works closely with cashiers and store management to keep the front end running smoothly.

The position emphasizes accurate cash handling, opening/closing procedures, scheduling, and maintaining high customer service standards in a busy grocery environment.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Previous retail, grocery, customer service, or cash-handling experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to provide direction, training, and constructive feedback to employees.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume customer environment while maintaining professionalism and positive customer service.
• Knowledge of front-end or store support procedures and policies.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to all Company policies and procedures when operating the cash register and performing front-end duties.
• Oversees opening and closing procedures, including auditing the safe and setting up daily schedules.
• Provides direction, training, and coaching to front-end employees regarding policies and customer service.
• Counts and balances cash drawers, the safe, registers, and cash pickups.
• Ensures accurate processing of cash, checks, and customer payments.
