• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Leading a front-end team, supervising experience including hiring, evaluating, mentoring, developing, and managing workload

Responsibilities

• Supervise associates by assigning duties, training, and providing direction for member service
• Process memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts; promote renewals and member engagement
• Oversee front-end operations, cash handling, returns, and merchandising in assigned area
• Ensure compliance with policies and the Open Door Policy and assist in recruiting and scheduling
