Qualifications

• 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment and 6 months customer service experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Assist management with supervision of associates and provide direction on member service.
• Process memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts; encourage renewals.
• Provide member service, assist with purchases and self-checkout assistance.
• Handle claims and returns, organize merchandise, and maintain cleanliness in the area.
