Burlington Stores is hiring a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor to lead the front-end team and partner with store management in merchandising, operations, and human resources.

This leadership role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, coaching associates, and maximizing sales while ensuring safety and loss prevention guidelines. As a Manager on Duty, you’ll supervise daily store activities and contribute to a diverse, growth-oriented culture with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in retail or a similar setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to move, handle, and lift store merchandise weighing 40 lbs or more.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all store functions and associates as Manager on Duty.
• Maximize sales through coaching, training, and development of direct reports.
• Promote safety and adhere to company guidelines for customers and associates.
• Foster a diverse, teamwork-driven culture with partnerships across store teams.
• Resolve issues and make informed decisions while supervising front-end operations.
• Support Asset Protection strategies to minimize shortages.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
• Participate in weekly workload planning meetings.
• Engage in community relations activities through company programs and partnerships.
