Job summary

Northeast Grocery is seeking a Front End Supervisor to oversee all front end operations, including cashier duties, bottle returns, cleaning, and lot maintenance. You will lead cashiers, bottle associates, and service clerks, ensuring fast, friendly service and strict adherence to policies.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Satisfactory Performance Reviews.
Strong Organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
Ability to manage others and demonstrate follow-through to achieve desired results and objectives.
Strong communication skills.
Basic Literacy.
Basic Computer Skills.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
1-3 years related experience.

Responsibilities

Oversee the Front End operation of the store, including customer checkout, bottle return, cleaning of break room and restrooms, and parking lot area.
Train and supervise all cashiers, bottle associates and service clerks.
Schedule associates and perform other administrative-like duties.
Maintain cashier controls and security in accordance with company policies.
Ensure pricing accuracy and adherence to all policies and procedures.
Keep Front End neat, safe, and in compliance with 5S standards.
