Job summary

Price Chopper Supermarkets-Market 32 in New York is seeking a Front End Associate to ensure fast, friendly, and efficient customer service at the checkout, bottle return, and front end operations. You will help maintain store standards and assist the Customer Service Manager in communicating company programs to staff.

You will train and supervise cashiers and service clerks, enforce 5S standards, and ensure pricing accuracy and orderly merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the highest level of customer service and courtesy at all times.

• Supervise cashiers, bottle associates and service clerks; schedule and perform admin-like duties.
• Maintain cashier controls, security, and adherence to policies; manage front end supplies and payroll related expenses.
