You will supervise front-end operations, coach associates, and work with management to drive customer service, merchandising, and daily store performance. Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in off-price, big box, or a specialty environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to move/lift 40 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all store functions and associates while on duty.
• Maximize sales results through training, developing, and coaching of direct reports.
• Promote safety for customers and associates by adhering to company guidelines.
• Cultivate a diverse culture based on teamwork and collaboration; front-end operations supervision.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
• Participate in weekly workload planning meetings.
