Burlington Stores, Inc. in Oregon is seeking a full-time Retail Front End Supervisor to lead store functions and associates, working closely with Store Management in Merchandising, Customer Service, Operations and Human Resources.

This leadership role emphasizes coaching, training, safety, teamwork and exceptional customer service, with opportunities to grow within our expanding organization. Base pay is $17.55–$19.55 per hour, plus benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in retail or similar environment.
• Strong interpersonal and guest-service skills.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to move/handle/lift store merchandise weighing 40 lbs or more.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all store functions and associates as Manager on Duty.
• Coach and train direct reports to maximize sales.
• Promote safety by following company guidelines and procedures.
• Foster a diverse, collaborative culture and teamwork.
• Resolve issues and supervise front-end operations to ensure exceptional customer service.
