Job summary

Burlington Stores in Exton seeks a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor to lead front-end operations and coach a team of associates. You’ll work closely with store management in merchandising, customer service, and safety while ensuring exceptional service.

Base pay ranges from $17.00 to $19.00 per hour, with benefits including an associate discount and paid time off. This role requires scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience within an off-price, big box, or a specialty environment
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays as required
• Ability to move/handle/lift store merchandise weighing 40 lbs. or more, and stand/walk for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Supervise all store functions and associates while in the role of Manager on Duty
• Maximize sales results through training, developing, and coaching of direct reports
• Promote safety by adhering to company guidelines
• Cultivate a diverse culture based on teamwork and collaboration
• Provide exceptional, friendly, and professional customer service at all times
• Reinforce Asset Protection strategies to minimize shrink
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates
• Participate in weekly workload planning meetings
• Coordinate community relations participation through company programs and partnerships
• Monitor schedule adherence for meal/break periods
