Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor (or Full-Time Selling Floor Supervisor) in Griffin, GA. You will be part of the store leadership team, supervising front-end operations, merchandising, customer service, and daily store activities.

Qualifications

At least 1 year of supervisory experience in off-price, big box, or a specialty retail environment.
Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude.
Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays; able to lift 40 lbs+.

Responsibilities

Supervise store functions and associates as Manager on Duty.
Maximize sales through training, development, and coaching of direct reports.
Promote safety by adhering to company guidelines.
Cultivate a diverse culture based on teamwork and collaboration.
Resolve issues and supervise front-end operations to deliver exceptional customer service.
Reinforce asset protection strategies to reduce shrink.
Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
Participate in weekly workload planning meetings.
Support community relations through company programs and partnerships.
Coordinate meal and break periods and monitor scheduling.
