Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor / Selling Floor Supervisor in Lancaster. You will be part of the store leadership team, overseeing merchandising, customer service, operations, and HR.

This role is a stepping-stone to broader management opportunities within our growing organization. The position requires a proven leadership track record, the ability to build strong teams, and a commitment to delivering friendly, professional customer service.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to move and lift merchandise and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all store functions and associates while acting as Manager on Duty.
• Maximize sales through training, development, and coaching of direct reports.
• Promote safety by adhering to company guidelines and policies.
• Foster a diverse culture based on teamwork and collaboration.
• Handle issues and make informed decisions to ensure exceptional customer service.
• Support Asset Protection strategies to minimize shrink.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
• Participate in weekly workload planning meetings.
• Support community relations through company programs and partnerships.
• Coordinate meal and break periods and monitor schedule adherence.
