Responsabilidades

• Ensure the highest level of customer service and courtesy at all times.
• Oversee front end operations including checkout, bottle return, and cleaning areas.
• Train and supervise cashiers, bottle associates and service clerks.
• Schedule associates and handle administrative tasks.
• Maintain cashier controls and security per policies.
• Manage supplies to operate the Front End and control expenses.
• Ensure pricing accuracy and proper cash handling.
• Keep front end neat, safe, and compliant with sanitation rules.
• Maintain organized workstation and merchandising racks.
