Job summary

You will supervise Food Service staff and ensure fast, friendly, and efficient service to customers while adhering to sanitation procedures.

The role includes staffing, training, monitoring payroll and inventory, merchandising products per planograms, and upholding company policies.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day department operations and supervise staff.
• Schedule and staff department to meet business needs.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation and laws.
• Hire, train, and develop departmental staff; document performance issues.
• Maintain CHOPS behaviors and 5S standards, deliver fast customer service.
• Monitor payroll, budgeted sales, gross profit, CTO, and inventory.
• Merchandise products per planograms and special programs.
• Ensure proper shelf/display conditions and product knowledge.
