Job summary

Ollie’s is seeking a Front End Specialist in Houston to assist customers and maintain store appearance at the front end. You will handle cash, greet customers, and promote current promotions to drive sales while supporting donation programs year-round.

The role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and reliable presence during evenings and weekends, with responsibilities in pricing, merchandising, and store upkeep.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• A positive attitude and team player who wants to engage and serve customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer as they enter and exit the store and at the front end.
• Accurately and efficiently operate the cash register.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions and advertisements to answer questions and drive sales.
• Support Ollie’s Army and other donation programs year-round.
• Assist with receiving, pricing, merchandising, and housekeeping of the store.
• Maintain store appearance and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
