Job summary

Ollie's is seeking a Front End Specialist to assist customers and keep the store looking its best. You will focus on front end operations, customer service, merchandising, and store maintenance.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, operating the cash register, promoting current offers, supporting donation programs, and helping with receiving, pricing, and merchandising. We value teamwork and a positive attitude; HS diploma preferred; ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays;

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• A positive attitude and team player who wants to engage and serve customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer entering or approaching the front end.
• Accurately and efficiently operate the cash register.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions to answer questions and drive sales.
• Support Ollie's Army and other donation programs year‑round.
• Assist with receiving trucks, pricing items, merchandising, and restoring the store appearance.
• Maintain a clean, organized front end and assist with other duties as assigned.
