Job summary

Ollie's Bargain Outlet in Venice, FL is seeking a Front End Specialist who thrives on delivering exceptional customer service, cash handling, and merchandise presentation. You will greet customers, operate the register accurately, answer questions about promotions, and help maintain a welcoming and well organized front end.

The role supports store operations, assists with receiving shipments, stocks shelves, and participates in community donation programs.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience or aptitude
• Cash handling and POS operation
• Ability to work in a team and be reliable

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer as they enter and exit the store and as they approach the front end.
• Accurately and efficiently operate the cash register.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions and advertisements to answer customer questions and drive sales
• Support Ollie's Army and other donation programs year-round.
• Assist with receiving the truck, pricing items, merchandising product, and recovering the store.
• Maintain the store appearance and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
