Job summary

Ollie’s Morristown store is seeking a Front End Specialist to assist customers, manage front-end operations, and help maintain store appearance. You will greet customers, handle cash transactions, and promote current promotions to drive sales.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and a positive attitude, with responsibilities including stocking, pricing, and merchandising, while supporting donation programs year-round at a busy community location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• A positive attitude and team player who wants to engage and serve customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer as they enter the store and at the front end.
• Accurately and efficiently operate the cash register.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions and advertisements to answer customer questions and drive sales.
• Support Ollie’s Army and other donation programs year-round.
• Assist with receiving the truck, pricing items, merchandising product, and recovering the store.
• Maintain the store appearance and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
