Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet in Weatherford, TX is seeking a Front End Specialist to assist customers and maintain the store’s front-end appearance. You will handle checkout, promote current deals, and help support donation programs year-round.

You will also help with receiving trucks, pricing and merchandising items, and keeping the store organized. A positive attitude and teamwork are essential to deliver great service to shoppers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• A positive attitude and a team player who wants to engage and serve customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer as they enter and exit the store and as they approach the front end.
• Accurately and efficiently operate the cash register.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions and advertisements to answer customer questions and drive sales.
• Support Ollie’s Army and other donation programs year-round.
• Assist with receiving the truck, pricing items, merchandising product, and recovering the store.
• Maintain the store appearance and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
