Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet in Weatherford, TX is seeking a Front End Specialist to assist customers and keep front-end operations running smoothly. You will help maintain store appearance and deliver friendly, efficient service at the checkout.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, handling the register, and knowing promotions to answer questions and boost sales. Experience in retail is helpful; a positive, team-oriented attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• Positive attitude and team player who wants to engage and serve customers.
• Knowledge of current promotions and ads to answer questions and drive sales.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer as they enter and exit the store and at the front end.
• Accurately and efficiently operate the cash register.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions and advertisements to answer customer questions and drive sales.
• Support Ollie’s Army and other donation programs year-round.
• Assist with receiving the truck, pricing items, merchandising product, and recovering the store.
• Maintain the store appearance and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
