Job summary

Ollie’s Morganton, NC is seeking a Front End Specialist to assist customers and help maintain the store’s appearance. You will be responsible for all aspects of customer service, merchandising, and front end operations to keep the store inviting and efficient.

Key duties include greeting customers, operating the cash register, knowledge of promotions, supporting donation programs, receiving shipments, pricing, merchandising, and keeping the store tidy.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service settings is preferred.
• Ability to interact with customers in a friendly, helpful manner.
• Willingness to learn promotions and store policies.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer as they enter and approach the front end.
• Accurately and efficiently operate the cash register.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions to answer questions and drive sales.
• Support donation programs year-round.
• Assist with receiving shipments, pricing items, and merchandising.
• Maintain the store appearance and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
