Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Inc. is hiring a Front End Specialist to assist customers and help maintain the store’s appearance. The role focuses on front-end operations, customer service, and merchandising, ensuring a positive shopping experience.

You will operate the cash register, stay informed about current promotions, and support donation programs. The position requires a friendly attitude and willingness to engage with customers during evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Ability to work with a positive attitude and be a team player.
• Willingness to engage with customers and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer entering or leaving the store and at the front end.
• Accurately and efficiently operate the cash register.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions to answer questions and drive sales.
• Support Ollie’s Army and other donation programs year-round.
• Assist with receiving shipments, pricing items, merchandising, and store recovery.
• Maintain a clean and organized front-end area and assist with additional tasks.
